My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and skills-based. With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse in health promotion and community mental health, I bring clinical insight with a strong mind–body perspective.

I use CBT-informed strategies, translated into practical tools you can use in everyday life.
